1. Microdots were not read correctly, please re-scope and confirm if the PIN number is correct.
2. Please confirm that the VIN number was entered correctly.
3. Component part from where microdot was removed could be a replacement part, remove microdots from other areas.
4. In the event of multiple microdot numbers being found, please contact 044 803 1817.
5. If the outcome on point 1,2 and 3 stays the same, the vehicle could possibly be cloned/stolen. Contact 044 803 1817.
